Happy New Year!


After a couple of months spent dealing with family emergencies, lots of difficulty and then being sick on top of that, I finally lost track of the blog around the holidays. Well my New Years Resolution is to get back on track, get regular updates going, and also add some of the features I've wanted to, such as recipes & links to great articles & websites.


So, look forward to that in the coming weeks/months.
